The following document are the governing documents for the Equestrian Woods Maintenance Association, Inc. and should be downloaded for inclusion in any closing documents for property transfer within Equestrian Woods.
The current annual dues are $750 per household.
Annual dues invoices are distributed January 1st and full payment is expected by January 31st.
